1. Return Window
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 calendar days of the date that the item is delivered to you. Items delivered on July 1 may be returned through July 31.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must:

Be in the original packaging, with all accessories, tags, and manuals.

3. How to Initiate a Return

Our team will respond within 48 hours with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
4. Return Shipping & Fees

Defective or Incorrect Items: We cover all return shipping costs.

Customer Remorse: If you simply change your mind, you are responsible for return shipping fees.

Restocking Fee: No restocking fees apply.
Pack returned items securely, include the RMA number on the outside of the package, and ship to the address provided in your return confirmation.
5. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds will be processed within 2 business days of our inspection and credited to your original method of payment. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 3–5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
6. Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for the same product in a different size or color, email us at kidzly.india@gmail.com. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
7. Seasonal & Promotional Exceptions
During peak seasons (e.g., Diwali, year-end holidays), we may extend the return window by up to 15 days. Any such extensions will be clearly noted on our website and in promotional materials.
