Shipping policy

Scope: Applies to all products shipped within India

1. Processing &

All prepaid orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours on business days.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be dispatched the next working day.

  • Cash-on-Delivery (COD) orders require order confirmation by phone; please ensure a valid contact number.

2. Shipping Methods & Carriers

We partner with reputed domestic couriers—DTDC, Delhivery, and ExpressBees—to deliver your order.

  • Standard Shipping: Doorstep delivery to most pincodes across India.

  • Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email (or SMS) containing your tracking number and courier details.

3. Delivery Timeline

Delivery times may vary by region and during peak seasons.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Flat-Rate Shipping: ₹120 per order

  • Free Shipping: Enjoy complimentary standard shipping on all orders over ₹400

Shipping charges are calculated on the final cart value (excluding taxes). If you return items and the adjusted order value falls below ₹400, shipping charges will not be refunded.

5. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship only within India (IN).

  • Pincodes eligible for COD will be confirmed at checkout. If COD is unavailable for your area, please opt for prepaid payment.

6. Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order is lost or damaged in transit:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at kidzly.india@gmail.com or +91 9727130801.

  2. Provide your order number and photographic evidence of damage (if applicable).

  3. We will coordinate with the courier to initiate a claim and arrange a replacement or refund per our Refund Policy.
